At the delegates meeting held on the 3rd of April it was voted in favour by the clubs to proceed with the Poker night for Saturday 23rd June. As agreed, the minimum number of tickets that each club will be required to purchase is 4 tickets @ $50 each, Riverland and Rosewater were granted exemptions from having to purchase the compulsory 4 tickets.
Clubs are welcome to purchase as many tickets as they would like and the event is open to everyone over the age of 18. The success of these nights and future events is only possible with the support of all involved with AFL Masters SA so keep spreading the word to all your players/friends and members of your club.
If you wish to purchase extra tickets on top of the minimum of four tickets please contact myself with the number of tickets required at the next delegates meeting on 14thMay with final numbers required 2 weeks prior to the event, COB 08 June 2018. Those wishing to attend the event and not play Poker will be required to pay an entry fee of $25 and this will include your first drink and the BBQ.
Invoices will be issued to each club for the final number of tickets purchased and limited tickets will be available for purchase on the night.
